Grab two flat bands, one in each hand
Stand on the ends of the flat bands under the balls of your feet
Cross your grip, in your left hand hold the end of the band that is under your right foot, etc.
Stand tall feet shoulder width apart
Keeping your hands together in the center of your body slowly raise your hands up above your head
Allow your eyes to follow your hands as your raise them
When you reach the top, spread your hands wide and to each side, slowly lowering each ofin a big arc back to your sides and then back to center
